1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 beds 0.90, 1 bed 140, 1 bunk bed 0.90 and 1 baby bed), shower room with WC. Baby equipment: bathtub, barrier at top of stairs, changing mat, bouncer, baby walker.
Unenclosed private grounds. Garden furniture and barbecue. PIZZA truck on Tuesday evenings. Pets not allowed. 3 parking spaces in front of Holiday cottage.
External socket with energy meter for recharging electric vehicles. Consumption billed on site.
Holiday cottage located near Joigny, City of Art and History (all shops and services). Othe Forest (Hiking). Bicycles on loan, helmets not provided. Less than an hour from the Guédelon medieval construction site. 1/2 hour from Auxerre.
Bed linen, towels, heating, wood and electricity included in rental price.

Patrick agréable endroit
2 nuits seulement pour une réunion de famille, suffisantes pour être sous le charme de ce gite au calme et aménagé avec gout, selon les miens en tout cas, avec un très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Espaces intérieurs et extérieurs permettant de profiter pleinement.
Si l'occasion se présente pour un autre séjour dans le coin, je sais tout de suite que se sera là.
