Terrace. 300 m² fenced garden (+/-80cm). 2 pets allowed.
Bicycles can be stored in the enclosed barn adjoining the Holiday cottage. 2 parking spaces in courtyard.
Nearby: numerous Hiking trails, equestrian center, tourist attractions. 7 km from Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, 15 km from Sens and its Gothic cathedral, Joigny, City of Art and History. Less than 1H30 from Troyes, the City of 10 churches and factory outlets.

Chattey L'accueil du propriétaire est bienveillant. Il est à l'écoute, très gentil.
La maison est bien grande, propre et agréable à vivre. Le jardin est clos devant et derrière. Les chambres sont grandes. La pièce à vivre est grande.
Tout a été parfait pour notre séjour.
