Ground floor: veranda, kitchen/living room (wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), shower room with WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), bathroom with WC. Umbrella bed and high chair.
Terrace. 300 m² fenced garden (+/-80cm). 2 pets allowed.
Bicycles can be stored in the enclosed barn adjoining the Holiday cottage. 2 parking spaces in courtyard.
Nearby: numerous Hiking trails, equestrian center, tourist attractions. 7 km from Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, 15 km from Sens and its Gothic cathedral, Joigny, City of Art and History. Less than 1H30 from Troyes, the City of 10 churches and factory outlets.

Janet Simply the best!
We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back. This tastefully furnished gîte has everything you could wish for. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the kitchen small but well equipped. The outside space is easily accessible with a wide choice of seating areas for outside dining. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely host, Bertrand, whom we now consider to be a dear friend. We are looking forward to our return visit next year.

Christine Un gite exceptionnel , plein de charme .
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable , dans ce très beau gite , aussi bien à l ' intérieur qu' à l ' extérieur , et au grand calme . Spacieux , décoré avec goût , très confortable . Bertrand , le propriétaire , est charmant , discret et attentionné . On le remercie vivement .
