In the heart of the village, detached house in a group of buildings belonging to winegrowers.
Elevated first floor: kitchen/living room, shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140 ), shower room and separate WC. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, changing mat, bathtub, high chair.
Open-plan 50 m² courtyard, terrace, garden furniture and electric barbecue. Wine tasting during your stay. Pets not allowed.
Holiday cottage in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards, close to Auxerre (City of Art and History) and its activities (go-karting, bowling, ice rink, swimming pool) and close to the medieval town of Noyers-sur-serein.
Heating and electricity included.
Charges and options : Bed linen for 2 people 14€ Towels 5€ - Optional end-of-stay cleaning 58€.
Bed linen rental and cleaning are compulsory for business stays.

Emmanuel Très bonne expérience en famille.
Excellent accueil, hôte très agréable et toujours prête à nous faciliter le séjour. Le gîte est très propre, aménagé avec belle simplicité et dispose de toutes les commodités et du confort nécessaires à une famille de quatre. Parfait pour se reposer au calme et découvrir une région riche en culture et en loisirs (et ce malgré une météo parfois capricieuse).

3 nuits dans ce gite que je connais bien, maintenant. Bien chauffé, au calme, bien équipé, propreté irréprochable, et accueil di-vin de Mme Chalmeau, chez qui une visite dégustation est indispensable !
