First floor: kitchen/living room (fireplace with wood-burning stove - free wood) 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Shower room and separate WC.
1st floor: living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), WC and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 baby bed and 1 child's bed (up to 6 years). No wifi.
Baby equipment: high chair, changing table, small bathtub, cosy.
Enclosed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha grill. Holiday cottage in the heart of the Morvan Park. 2 pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable stable.
Holiday cottage near the walled city of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Holiday cottage also close to Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.

Hélène Perret Le gîte est très spacieux et très bien situé, au calme et entouré de nature. De la terrasse où on peut prendre ses repas, la vue est magnifique. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires.
Sans compter les nombreuses balades qu'on peut faire autour du gîte.- Cleanliness

SERMIER Catherine Accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux des propriétaires. Durant tout le séjour Josiane et Jean-Charles nous ont gâtés avec toutes sortes de bonnes choses : oeufs, miel, ratafia, tarte aux pommes, fromage de tête, terrine de campagne faite maison...et Jean-Charles nous a régalé de bonnes histoires.
Au gîte il ne manque rien, on est comme à la maison. Il est très spacieux et très calme.
La terrasse couverte extérieure est géniale, avec une superbe vue.
A Avallon, très bonne surprise avec le musée du costume , nous vous conseillons la visite...très originale.
Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines en grande partie grâce à Josiane et Jean-Charles et à leur grande gentillesse. Merci à tous les deux.- Cleanliness
