Total tranquility in the heart of the bucolic Charolais bocage, 3.5 km from the RCEA! Charming, fully-restored traditional 19th-century farmhouse, nestled in a peaceful, unspoilt Brionnais countryside, on an ultra-tidy 3,000m² property located 6 km from the dynamic market town of Digoin, a major nautical destination nestled at the convergence of 3 renowned canals, including the famous Canal du Centre (river marina and numerous shops & services on site, including a supermarket 4 km away) & 8 km from Paray-le-Monial, the world-renowned "Sacré Coeur" sanctuary (all amenities on site). Magnificent, unspoilt Countryside, a mix of nature & agriculture, wooded meadows & beautiful wild forests, nestled in the gentle Bourbince valley (protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich ecosystems), at the confluence of the Arroux & Loire rivers. A choice location on the Romanesque church circuit, close to numerous signposted "balades vertes" hiking trails (a very rich network to discover in the area, on foot or mountain bike), 1.5 km from the EuroVélo6 cycle route, linked to the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de Saône et Loire à vélo) and the "Tour de Bourgogne à vélo", 6 km from the Voie Verte "Véloire" (partly following the Loire, Europe's last wild river, protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" & the "Canal tranquille" linking Roanne to Digoin), some 50 km of vineyards in the Mâconnais and Côtes Roannaises regions (various wine routes to explore, including the "Route des Vins de Bourgogne" extended by the "Route des Grands Vins"). Right in the heart of the magnificent Charolais-Brionnais region (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire" / cradle of the world-renowned AOC cattle breed), a land of gastronomy rich in sublime landscapes & an exceptional historical heritage, at the crossroads of the Mâconnais, the Clunisois-Tournugeois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), not far from the Morvan Massif & its Nature Park, the Sologne & Bourbonnaise Mountain and the Pays Roannais. Ideal for easy access to several départements: 22 km from Charolles, 27 km from Marcigny ("Site Clunisois" famous for its Monday morning Market created in 1266), 33 km from Semur-en-Brionnais with its rare "Plus beaux villages de France" label, 36 km from La Clayette, 38 km from the medieval & spa town of Bourbon-Lancy, 43 km from the renowned PAL theme park & 45 km from Charlieu (exceptional Romanesque Benedictine abbey). An ideal haven for a relaxing break (RCEA only 5 minutes away) or a longer stay! The ideal stopover for touring cyclists (guest house with "Accueil Vélo" label).

Retired farmers (Charolais cattle & sheep breeders), Cécile & Bernard welcome you to a charming, lovingly restored traditional 19th-century farmhouse, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the unspoilt Brionnais countryside, in a peaceful little rural residential hamlet. Absolute peace and quiet, nestled in the very heart of the bucolic Charolais bocage (with the famous local cows as privileged close neighbors) in the hollow of the gentle Bourbince valley (protected as a ZNIEFF for its wealth of flora & fauna) & its fish-filled river just a stone's throw away. Magnificent gentle rolling Countryside, combining agriculture & nature, between vast wooded pastures dotted with rivers & ponds and beautiful wild forests (to be explored on relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), not far from the banks of the Loire, the last wild river in Europe classified and protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its exceptional plant & animal biotope (migration, reproduction & nesting axis for numerous species, some very rare). Very comfortable rooms nestled under the roofs in "cocoon" mode, on the site of the former "granary". Warm, cozy country style, in dialogue with the authentic framework of the original building. Pleasant 3,000m² property, meticulously flowered, grassed & planted with trees, offering various areas for rest & relaxation, including the owners' vegetable garden (accessible for the simple pleasure of strolling through) & a small henhouse (no nuisance). Vast, shaded terrace.
Composition: 2 totally independent bedrooms on 1st floor (access by outside staircase). Wifi (fiber). PAC heating. 1 double bedroom (bed 2 p.140x190cm). 1 family room (2 beds 1 p. 90x190cm). TV & private bathrooms (shower/Wc). Shared refrigerator (small room). Terrace + garden (3000m²). Private parking. Bike room. Restaurant 3.5 km. Supermarket 4 km. Shops 6 km.
