Very elegant, charming Holiday cottage in the heart of the "Viré Clessé" AOC vineyards, 3 km from the La Salle golf course! Authentic, charming, traditional 18th-century bourgeois character property - steeped in history & meticulously restored to a very high standard - nestled in a peaceful, picturesque wine-producing village (mini-market on site & supermarket 3 km away), 8 km from Lugny ("the little capital of the Haut-Mâconnais" with its many shops, famous "Accrobranche" site and leading Burgundy wine-producing winery) & 14 km from Mâcon (Mâcon Loché TGV station 17 km away). Peace & tranquility in unspoilt Mâcon countryside, nestled in the heart of the magnificent Massif Sud Bourgogne (a vast wilderness to explore on foot or mountain bike), with its rich ecosystems protected as "Zones Natura 2000" & ZNIEFF, not far from the banks of the Saône, in a bucolic, undulating winegrowing setting combining agriculture, viticulture & nature. Ultra-privileged location on the Romanesque churches circuit, the "Burgundy Wine Route", the "Balade Verte" hiking trail (a vast network of identical hiking trails to be discovered throughout the region), the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de la Saône-et-Loire by bike), the renowned GTM mountain bike circuit (Grand Tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne linked to a vast network of marked mountain bike trails criss-crossing the massif, with "VTT FFC" certification), 6.5 km from the Voie Bleue along the banks of the Saône river, linked to the Voie Verte of the "Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud", 12 km from the GR76 (connected to the historic "Chemin des Moines" linking the abbeys of Citeaux & Cluny as well as to the famous GR of the "ViaCluny") & 13 km from a renowned downhill mountain bike track (Mont Saint-Romain). Location of choice in the heart of the Mâconnais & its famous vineyards, at the crossroads of the Ain, Tournugeois-Clunisois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), Chalonnais, Bresse Bourguignonne & Bresse de l'Ain, not far from the vineyards of the Côtes Chalonnaises and Beaujolais (first vineyard in the world to be recognized as a "UNESCO World Geopark"). 14 km from Pont de Vaux (river Marina linked to the Saône), 19 km from the medieval village of Brancion, 19 km from the sumptuous landscape jewel of the Roches de Solutré & Vergisson labelled "Grand Site de France", 20 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny, 22 km from Tournus, 30 km from Vonnas (gastronomic village of Georges Blanc), 28 km from Cuisery (one of France's 8 exclusive "Villages du Livre"), 32 km from Saint-Gengoux-le-National ("Site Clunisien" and "Cités de Caractère de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté"), 36 km from the Réserve Naturelle de la Truchère (remarkable protected ecosystem) & 47 km from Louhans (capital of the Bresse region). A soothing resort that exudes art de vivre & serenity!

Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.

Authentic, charming, traditional 18th-century bourgeois mansion (maison de maître), steeped in history & meticulously restored to the highest standards, nestled quietly on the edge of a lane & vineyard, a stone's throw from an elegant, listed 11th-century Romanesque church, in the heart of a picturesque wine-producing village in the Haut Mâconnais region. Full of charm & perfectly preserved, with its own AOC Chardonnay grape variety ("Viré-Clessé"), one of the oldest cooperative wine cellars in Saône-et-Loire & a remarkable heritage (vestiges of the Roman road, 17th-century chapel, typical winegrowers' houses perfectly restored, 18th-century château, stone-roofed porches, wash houses...), Clessé enjoys the benefits of an exceptional location.), Clessé enjoys an unspoilt, pastoral setting, nestling at the foot of the Mountain de Burgy (a wild massif offering an exceptional panoramic view all the way to Mont-Blanc on a clear day!) on a rolling plateau of vineyards and meadows. Very comfortable Holiday cottage. Ultra spacious. Beautiful volumes. Rooms of noble dimensions. Elegant country "bourgeois" style with contemporary accents, sublimated by the totally exotic soul of the place (exceptional heritage preservation: carved fireplace mantel, floors, lintels & sumptuous stone staircase, French ceilings with imposing beams, terracotta floor tiles, molded wooden doors...). Refined ambience. Enormous charm & character. Cosy & cozy. Intimate, unoverlooked, shady & exposed garden, partly open onto a mini meadow (not accessible) & the surrounding Countryside.
Composition: Semi-detached house. Wifi (fiber). Gas heating. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bedroom (bed 2 p. 180x200cm) with private shower room, separate WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (bed 2 p. 180x200cm in each) with private shower/WC (1 independent).
