Dominique welcomes you to an authentic, traditional, late 19th-century farmhouse (completely restored inside), nestled in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of a small rural hamlet between Morvan and Couchois, very close to the center of the typical village of Saint-Emiland (with its listed 12th-century Romanesque church). Soothing "little corner of the Countryside", nestling on the edge of meadows at the edge of a Forest (with, in season, the famous Charolais cows grazing peacefully as close neighbors), adjoining the "Pont du Roi dam" (located 2.5 km), a vast 44-hectare reservoir nestling in a wild forest (a bucolic artificial lake submerging an ancient valley for several kilometers), an exceptional biotope & literal fisherman's paradise, a natural area classified & protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its wealth of flora & fauna (with an educational trail). Magnificent unspoilt Countryside to discover, combining Vineyard landscapes & gentle Mountain, between vineyard hillsides, large ponds, vast wild forests & verdant bocage valleys.     BELLE LONGERE

    Madame Beaufaron nous a très bien accueilli dans sa belle longère qui se trouve au bout du chemin. Nous la remercions. Endroit calme et reposant.
    Le gîte est bien équipé. La salle à manger, le salon, les chambres ainsi que la salle de bains ont de belles dimensions. Le parc est très agréable. On s'y sent bien. Bravo ! On y reviendra !

    Vacances bourguignonnes

    Très bonne situation de ce gîte près de Dijon, Beaune et Autun. Au bout d'un sentier, devant un vaste jardin bucolique, cuisine équipée, salon donnant sur la terrasse, salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Recommandé!

    heerlijk huisje met grote tuin

    Mooie woning met veel ruimte en comfort. Mooie omgeving. Wij hebben er heerlijk kunnen fietsen op de stille weggetjes. Richting het oosten meer de wijnkant op en naar het westen de Morvan-kant. Je kan uit het huisje helaas niet makkelijk wandelen, maar een stukje verder kan dat wel. Van de HSL hebben we geen last gehad. Daar ben je zo aan gewend. Verder heerlijk stil hier.
