This 1.2-hectare property boasts a remarkable English-style, natural & wild garden, created entirely in the spirit of permaculture. In perpetual evolution, this spacious park, planted with trees and flowers, harmoniously combines numerous local and exotic species (from Asia, South America and New Zealand), both deciduous and evergreen, some of them very rare. A genuine biotope classified as an LPO & bat refuge (more than 30 species of birds listed), it also features an orchard and kitchen garden, a wetland area with a small lake containing various herbaceous plants, frogs, toads and fish (carassins, roaches...), several playful and intimate relaxation areas and is home to numerous animals (chickens, ducks, sheep...).
