Superb address! Authentic 19th-century farmhouse steeped in history - fully restored as a hyper-comfortable contemporary-style holiday home - nestled in a peaceful little hamlet (1 km from a supermarket & close to all amenities), nestled in the heart of the magnificent Haut Mâconnais vineyards in the foothills of the southern Burgundy massif (many hiking trails & panoramic viewpoints to discover). Nestled in a bucolic, unspoilt, undulating countryside & vineyard setting, a succession of vineyard slopes, forests, meadows & wooded hills, adjoining a vast protected natural area classified as a "Natura 2000" zone for its remarkable ecosystem. An ultra-privileged, central location, at the crossroads of the Mâconnais, Tournugeois-Clunisois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), Chalonnais & Bresse Bourguignonne regions - all rich in exceptional heritage & grandiose landscapes - not far from the Côtes Chalonnaises & Beaujolais vineyards, at the start of hiking trails connected to several "balades vertes" (GR76 & Chemin des Moines 8 km away), on the Grand tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne mountain bike route (GTM on site), the wine route & Romanesque churches, 9 km from the voie verte & the Saône river. Perfect for exploring the whole of southern Burgundy: 7 km from Golf de la Salle, 15 km from the medieval town of Brancion, 16 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny, 15 km from Pont de Vaux (& its river marina connected to the Saône), 18 km from Mâcon (A6 / Mâcon Loché TGV station 20 km away), 21 km from Tournus (A6 / world-renowned abbey site), 23 km from the sumptuous landscape gem of Roche de Solutré, classified as a "Grand Site de France", 48 km from Louhans, 48 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (classified as a "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire") and 53 km from Charolles. The ideal refuge for a relaxing, ultra-cozy country break, immersed in nature and vineyards! As a family or "mini" tribe!

Anthony welcomes you to an authentic, traditional 19th century farmhouse steeped in history, entirely restored with care and taste (on a family property consisting of several buildings that once housed the village town hall). Very quiet setting on the edge of vineyards & wooded hills, in the heart of a peaceful little hamlet typical of the Haut Mâconnais region, nestled on a south-east-facing hillside in the foothills of the southern Burgundy massif (ultra-wild & unspoilt, largely classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" / magnificent nature walks & numerous panoramic lookouts to discover), overlooking a balcony with a green valley of vines, forests & meadows. Right in the heart of the Mâconnais countryside, in the midst of an unspoilt setting that's literally soothing and relaxing. A stone's throw from the center of the village (listed 11th-century Roman church & remains of a Roman road on site) and a mini shopping area with supermarket (and other amenities). Spacious, comfortable gîte. Vast cathedral lounge with superb volume. Warm, contemporary country feel combining Nordic spirit & vintage chic ambiance. Ultra-cosy, cozy & cocooning. Lots of charm. Fully equipped to a high standard. Pleasantly large, exposed & shaded terrace opening onto a gravelled courtyard and a large lawned garden with orchard (cherry, fig, apple trees...; picking possible during your stay).
Composition: House adjoining the owner's home (total independence with no facing building). Access to gîte by staircase from parking lot (side of slope). Wifi access. Oil-fired central heating. Ground floor: kitchen-living room, TV lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 x 160x200cm / 2 x 1 90x200cm bunk beds / 2 x 160x200cm beds), bathroom (bath + shower), separate wc. 1st floor: bedroom (bed 2 p. 160x200cm) with en-suite shower/wc. Terrace + courtyard + private parking. Reserved garden area (on sloping common land). Shops 1 km.
