Nestled in the gentle countryside of the Côtes Chalonnaises within a ZNIEFF-protected area renowned for its rich flora and fauna, in the heart of a peaceful valley combining wooded meadows, bucolic Vineyards, pastures, and forests, the village enjoys a magnificent, unspoiled natural setting that is utterly serene. A very comfortable holiday cottage. Extremely spacious. Warm country charm enhanced by the character of the original structure (stone mantelpiece, magnificent stone “corbeau,” beams, period roof trusses upstairs…). A large, sun-exposed gravel terrace adjoins a pleasant, enclosed, sloping garden of 300m² with trees (apple, peach, pear trees, cherry trees… with permission to pick fruit / free “surplus” from the vegetable garden also available from time to time) complemented by a pétanque court, a swing, and an outdoor Spa. Beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside.
