Claire & François-Michel, welcome you to an authentic, fully-restored traditional 19th-century farmhouse with a typical "galerie mâconnaise", quietly situated on the edge of a lane and meadows (home to the famous Charolais cows in season) in the heart of a peaceful, picturesque, perfectly preserved little Burgundy village (one of the smallest communes in Saône et Loire). Boasting a beautiful 12th-century Romanesque church, the village is perched on a south-facing hillside overlooking the gentle Guye valley, just a stone's throw from a "promontory" offering exceptional panoramic views of the Clunisois region, the Monts du Beaujolais & as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day, Burzy boasts a superb undulating setting of nature & greenery, 100% soothing & relaxing, nestled in the magnificent Charolais bocage under the wooded ridges of a vast wild forest massif. Very comfortable rooms. Cosy, warm country style, furnished with Wellbeing in mind (eco-friendly, healthy materials). Private terrace on one level, complemented by a covered veranda terrace housing the property's old bread oven. Vast 2000m² garden with henhouse, "naturally" planted with trees and flowers (landscaped with a view to "ecological preservation"), offering two terraces (one of which is ultra-spacious and features an unusual 3.5x3.5m octagonal raised swimming pool) and several relaxation areas.
Composition: Fully independent bed and breakfast on the ground floor of the owners' house. Wifi (fiber). Electric heating. 2-person bed 160x200cm. Open-plan shower room with separate toilet. Private ground-level terrace in front of bedroom. Breakfast served on the 1st floor in the owners' living room (with fireplace) or on one of the terraces in fine weather. Sauna in the garden. Un petit paradis

    Séjour 20 à 22 juin 2024 :
Des hôtes très attentifs et gentils.
    Chambre unique, joli jardin.
De belles balades dans un paysage bucolique.
Piscine non disponible en raison de la météo.
Petit déjeuner somptueux et servi partout où nous préférions.
Un bon endroit où séjourner pour explorer la région.
