Boasting several ponds, Verosvres is also the birthplace of Marguerite Alacoque, the nun who founded the cult of the Sacred Heart, and home to the "Art du Timbre Gravé" association created by the famous master engraver Pierre Albuisson. 8 km away, children and adults can explore science and sustainable development at Lab 71 in Dompierre-les-Ormes. The Arboretum de Pézanin, 2 min from Lab 71, was founded over a century ago and covers some 27 hectares.
