Total peace and quiet, nestled in a mini winegrowing hamlet perched "on the heights" of a picturesque little village in the gentle Countryside of Mâcon, at the foot of the iconic Roches de Solutré & Vergisson, an undulating "cirque" of bucolic vine-covered hillsides, encircled by beautiful wild forests (a grandiose site with the "Grand Site de France" label), nestled in a soothingly preserved setting (protected as a "Zones Natura 2000" & ZNIEFF for its wealth of flora & fauna).
