Between brionnais bocage and the bourbonnais mountains, perched on a hill overlooking the Loire Valley, this detached house, located on fully enclosed recreation area of 7000 m² with views, is comfortably suitable for 3 to 5 people. Ground floor: kitchen with dining area, living room with flat screen TV, stove, fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people extra, and bathroom with wc. The first floor: large room with 1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm. Equipment available. Electric shutters everywhere. Garden with deckchairs, barbecue, boules (balls on the spot), vegetable field, mare secured, etc. Internet WIFI. 2 adult bicycles. All inclusive rates: bed linen, towels, final cleaning of stay, wood for the stove. Electric heating charged according to consumption. Golf course 5 km away. Opportunity day fishing in a private pond (on booking): € 15 per day. Free fishing rods. Bus linking Paris and Lyon to 7
