Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.

Laurence & Xavier, nature and hiking enthusiasts (who design completely original hiking trails for their guests, starting right from the holiday cottage, to take you off the “beaten path”) welcome you to an authentic, charming 18th-century vineyard outbuilding that has been fully restored (once part of the estate that occupied the site—evidenced by the imposing original “wine press” still standing in the courtyard) nestled in a quiet spot along a narrow lane, in the heart of a picturesque, perfectly preserved little wine-growing village, nestled on a “panoramic balcony” on an east-facing hillside, from which you can see Mont Blanc on clear days. Complete tranquility in a literal postcard landscape, in the heart of the rolling countryside of the Côtes Chalonnaises, nestled within a plateau of Vineyards (the famous “Val d’Or”), on the slopes of a wooded hill protected as a “Natura 2000” site and ZNIEFF (for its rich flora and fauna), with the ruins of the medieval fortress of Montaigu at its summit—built in the 10th century and steeped in history (which played a notable role in the Wars of Religion), overlooking the sublime Vallée des Vaux and the Val de Saône as an extension of the “Montabon” hill, covered by a vast Forest. Warm, rustic charm enhanced by the character of the original structure (stone walls, wooden lintels, beams…). A pleasant, intimate, walled garden (50 m²), planted with trees and shrubs (apple and plum trees) and featuring a slide.
Layout: Semi-detached house adjoining the owners’ professional office, located next to their home (completely private with no direct neighbors). Wi-Fi (fiber). Gas heating. Air-conditioned upper floor. Ground floor: open-concept living room-kitchen-dining area (with a 120x190 cm single-person sofa bed as an extra bed), separate half-bath. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 140x190 cm / 2 single beds, 80x190 cm), bathroom (shower). Enclosed garden (50 m²) + private parking. Bicycle storage. Shops, including a supermarket, 3 km away. Electric or hybrid vehicle charging station (available only upon request from the owner).

    Séjour inoubliable

Village charmant typique.
