Beautifully landscaped, nestling on a hillside on the edge of a bucolic meadow (with the estate's cows as peaceful neighbors), a stone's throw from the first vineyards, under the wooded crests of the "Montabon" hill, a vast wild forest massif with exceptional panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Vallée des Vaux in a sublime landscaped setting. Possibility of observing wildlife on site (wide variety of birds, deer, foxes, wild boar...). Spacious, comfortable gîte. Warm country charm combined with meticulous heritage restoration (preservation of original beams, wooden fireplace mantel, terracotta floor tiles, stone lintels...). Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung auf einem Bauernhof im Burgund mit einem wunderbar offenen Wohnzimmer mit Aussicht. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Eigentümer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Les épicuriens Désappointement...
Les photos du site sont trompeuses.. gîte très sombre, sous dimensionné par rapport aux photos Poussiéreux, Equipements cuisine à revoir
(Réfrigérateur table top sans congélateur trop juste, ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler...)
Par contre une literie de bonne qualité
La location charges incluses,Nous n'avons pas compris la demande règlement d'électricité supplémentaire ?? (Que nous n'avons pas réglé geste de la propriétaire) Le contrat de location est à revoir..- Cleanliness

Désolée, vous n'avez pas pu profiter de la véranda à cause du froid. Dorénavant nous fermerons le gîte pendant tout l'hiver. La propriétaire
