A choice location on a referenced "Loop Vélo Coup de Cœur" cycling itinerary (35 km connected to the "voie verte" 7 km away) & several nature hiking trails marked out as "balades vertes", not far from the Romanesque church circuit. Peace & quiet in the heart of a small rural hamlet nestled in the Countryside, on the edge of meadows & Forest, a stone's throw from the shopping town of Saint-Usuge nestling on the banks of the Seille, a remarkable ecosystem partly classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (migratory bird reserve, rare plant species, numerous fish including the famous catfish, animals and wildlife...). Great comfort. Spacious living room & rooms of noble dimensions. Contemporary country charm enhanced by meticulous restoration of heritage features (beams, majestic roof truss, original brick & half-timbered walls). A cosy, Zen atmosphere, bathed in a gentle sobriety. High-quality equipment (including billiards & table soccer). Double large terrace, exposed & shaded, one of which is sheltered and features an outdoor lounge.     Un gîte absolument incroyable

    Nous avons passé un week-end de deux nuits dans ce gîte à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon frère.
    Le gîte est incroyable, et encore mieux en vrai ! Valérie et Denis ont rénové cette grange avec beaucoup de goût — quel travail, bravo à vous !
    Le gîte est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. La salle de jeux à l’étage est un vrai gros plus.
    Le cadre est à la fois reposant et fascinant.

    On a déjà envie d’y retourner !

    Week-end entre cousins

    Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end dans un gîte spacieux et bien équipé. Tout est propice pour passer un bon moment. Le jardin est magnifique, le calme règne et la literie est confortable. C'était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire chez qui nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.     Un gîte haut de gamme

    Merveilleux gîte, très bien équipé, de grands espaces pour se sentir à son aise. Décoré avec goût, "Les Garennes" est situé dans un lieu calme en campagne bressane. Ses hôtes sont particulièrement accueillant et font leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable.

    Beautiful property with lots of space inside and out. Very clean and so peaceful and quiet. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. A non touristy area but plenty to do and local walks.
