Total tranquility in a peaceful residential hamlet on the edge of the picturesque, perfectly preserved village of Viré (with its 12th-century Romanesque church). Nestled in unspoilt Countryside, in the heart of the bucolic Haut Maçonnais vineyards, on a site protected as a ZNIEFF for its wealth of flora & fauna, this charming little wine village boasts its own AOC "Viré-Clessé" (Chardonnay grape variety) as well as small shops & benefits from a magnificent setting of gentle mountain scenery combining hillsides and vineyards, meadows & forests, nestling at the foot of the Burgy Mountain (a wild massif to be discovered on relaxing walks or mountain bike rides, offering an exceptional panoramic view all the way to Mont-Blanc on a clear day!).
