Ginette & Joël welcome you to an authentic, fully restored 19th-century country house, nestled on the edge of a lane in the heart of a peaceful, typical village, a stone's throw from the elegant 13th-century church (listed as a Monument Historique). Peace & quiet, nestled in unspoilt Countryside, a large part of which is protected as a ZNIEFF for its wealth of flora & fauna, in the hollow of a bucolic meadow valley dominated by gentle wooded hills, not far from the various "belvedere" mountains in the area, all peaking at over 500m (including Mont Rome & the "Mountain of Three Crosses", classified as a "nature park" offering an exceptional 360° panorama, a site steeped in history, notably Neolithic & Roman). Magnificent rolling countryside, combining agriculture & nature on the borders of the Couchois & Maranges vineyards, between pastures, rivers, vineyard slopes & vast wild forests. Enchanting, restful surroundings (to be explored on rejuvenating walks or mountain bike rides). Spacious, comfortable Holiday cottage. Contemporary country charm enhanced by meticulous heritage renovation (authentic stone fireplace, terracotta floor tiles, ceiling & beams, original stone walls).     Les Propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe magnifiquement bien.

    Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse,la discrétion et les bons conseils de Ginette et Joël.
    Le gîte est confortable et très propre. La literie est impeccable et avec ce plaisir de lits faits à notre arrivée.
    Nous avons aimé ce coin de Bourgogne à travers son riche patrimoine (Beaune,Dijon), ses châteaux (Châteauneuf en Auxois, Couches), ses musées (Le Creusot, la moutarderie à Beaune), ses chemins de randonnées à Saisy et ses environs.
