A very comfortable, charming holiday cottage set within a lovely, imposing contemporary building, quietly tucked away on a cul-de-sac, perched on a hillside with a “panoramic balcony” view, on the outskirts of a small, typical wine-growing hamlet, 9 km from the La Salle golf course, 11 km from Mâcon (the southernmost city in Burgundy, nestled on the banks of the Saône) and 15 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny (one of Burgundy’s finest gems, awarded the prestigious “European Heritage” designation). Absolute peace and quiet, nestled on the edge of a lovely little Vineyard at the edge of a beautiful, vast, wild Forest in the foothills of the Southern Burgundy mountain range (perfectly preserved), overlooking a bucolic valley of gentle meadows and wooded hills in the heart of the unspoiled Mâcon wine-growing Countryside (protected as a ZNIEFF and various “Natura 2000” sites for its rich ecosystems), adjacent to the vineyards of the renowned “Val Lamartinien” (named after the famous French poet, writer, and politician, a native of the area) as well as the magnificent scenic gem of the Roches de Solutré & Vergisson, designated a “Grand Site de France” (located 16 km away). Frédérique and Didier welcome you to a delightful, imposing contemporary building (an elegant extension of an authentic, traditional 18th-century residence steeped in history, carefully restored), an atypical "Countryside condominium" nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the edge of a pretty little vineyard (farmed organically), at the edge of a vast, wild & protected national forest (to be explored on relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), overlooking "on a panoramic balcony", on a well-exposed "eastern" hillside, a bucolic valley of wooded hills and gentle meadows (where cows and/or horses graze in season). Absolute peace and quiet nestled on the outskirts of a picturesque little winegrowing hamlet, in a very peaceful setting of total nature & greenery, in the heart of the gentle, unspoilt Côtes mâconnaise winegrowing Countryside (protected by ZNIEFF & various "Natura 2000 zones" for its wealth of flora & fauna), nestled beneath the wooded ridges of the Rochette mountain, home to a rare 7-hectare "Espace Naturel Sensible" ("Lande de Nancelle"), not far from the "Carrière de Rampon", a protected natural site (quarry rehabilitated as a scientific site for geology and its remarkable biodiversity). Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen, großzügigem Appartement mit atemberaubender Aussicht verbracht. Unser Hund und wir würden herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt.
Die schöne Landschaft und die hübschen Orte und Städte in der Umgebung und natürlich die großartigen Restaurants haben wir sehr genossen.
