Nadine and Michel, painter & craftsman (assembler/sculptor), whose works can be appreciated on site (workshop/exhibition space), open the doors to an authentic, fully restored 18th-century character outbuilding, located on a former agricultural estate steeped in history and comprising several perfectly restored buildings. In the heart of a charming, typical village - an ancient wine-growing village - now "associated" with Mâcon, with a 17th-century church and an elegant medieval tower (remnant of the former château that sits opposite the property), nestled on the edge of the Bois de Naisse (a vast wild forest dotted with footpaths) in the heart of the gentle Mâcon countryside - a succession of bucolic valleys of vineyards, meadows & wooded hills - close to all shops & services. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Warm, rustic country charm, combined with the exotic ambience of an old house. Meticulous heritage restoration (original ceilings, beams, fireplace mantel, stone & wood window lintels, stone steps & wall...). Large gravel terrace "sur cour", exposed & shaded (natural petanque court). Pleasant 1500m² enclosed shared garden (with flowers, plants & trees and swing), from which you can see Mont-Blanc on a clear day!

    Je remercie les propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux et bien accueillant! C'est un gîte très agréable et calme, c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix, je recommande ce gîte pour les personnes voulant visité cette belle ville.
