Between City & Countryside, 1.5 km from the Mâcon Nord exit (A6)! charming guest house "with the charm of yesteryear" - including 1 "guest apartment" with full kitchen - nestled in an old agricultural outbuilding steeped in history & fully restored, once linked to the authentic village farm built in 1800 that also occupies the premises, nestled in the heart of a charming typical village (close to all amenities), in the heart of the suburban countryside, 6 km from Mâcon, the most southern city in Countryside. Location of choice in the foothills of the wild and unspoilt South Burgundy Massif, close to the banks of the Saône and the bucolic vineyards of the Côtes Mâconnaises and northern Beaujolais (the world's first Vineyard to be recognized as a UNESCO World Geopark), nestled in the rolling Mâconnais Countryside (a large part of which is protected by ZNIEFF & Natura 2000 zones for its rich ecosystems), combining agriculture, viticulture & nature, between vineyard slopes, gentle meadows & vast wild forests. At the start of several signposted hiking trails, including a "balade verte" (a vast network of similar hiking trails criss-crossing the region, to be explored on foot or mountain bike, between vineyards & nature), not far from the Romanesque church circuit & the "Route des Vins de Bourgogne", 2.5 km from the Voie Bleue along the banks of the Saône, alongside the Voie Verte de la Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud (& its remarkable "Tunnel du Bois Clair" at 20 km, France's longest former railway tunnel open to a Voie Verte at 1.6 km) as well as to the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de la Saône-et-Loire à vélo) linking to the EuroVélo7 cycle route, 6 km from an FFC-certified mountain bike trail (connected to a vast network of identical trails criss-crossing the massif, including the renowned "Grand Tour du Massif Sud-Bourgogne"), 7.5 km from the Golf de la Salle & 19 km from the renowned Mont-Saint-Romain downhill Bike / Mountain bike track. Ultra-privileged location in the heart of the magnificent Mâconnais wine-growing region, at the crossroads of the Rhône & Ain departments, at the crossroads of the Clunisois-Tournugeois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), Bresse Bourguignonne and Beaujolais (all rich in grandiose landscapes, exceptional heritage and renowned gastronomy). 14 km from the Mâcon Loché TGV train station, 16 km from the Roche de Solutré & Vergisson landscape jewel, classified as a "Grand Site de France", 18 km from Pont-de-Vaux (& its river Marina linked to the Saône), 24 km from Vonnas (Georges Blanc's gastronomic village), 25 km from "Hameau Dubœuf" (Europe's 1st vineyard & wine theme park)26 km from Tournus, 29 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny, 40 km from Bourg-en-Bresse, 46 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône, 51 km from Louhans (& its iconic medieval street with 147 arcades!) & 53 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled a "City of Art and History"). A perfect refuge in the Mâconnais, for a stopover or extended stay (just a stone's throw from the A6 & its connections with the A406/A430 & RCEA), or for a business trip!

Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.
Nadine & Michel, painters and art craftsmen (assemblers/sculptors), whose works you can enjoy (in the rooms as well as in their dedicated studio and exhibition space), welcome you to an authentic farm outbuilding steeped in history, once linked to the neighboring old Burgundian village farm (dating from 1800), which they occupy, nestled in the hollow of a beautiful, well-kept property (composed of several fully renovated buildings). A charming, typical village nestled in the heart of Mâcon's suburban Countryside, on the edge of the vast Bois de Naisse (just a stone's throw away, dotted with footpaths winding through nature and vineyards). Now "associated" with the City of Mâcon, this ancient wine-growing village boasts a 17th-century church & a majestic medieval tower (remnant of the former château that sits opposite the property), and enjoys an attractive location, close to both the magnificent unspoilt Countryside (a succession of bucolic vineyard slopes, gentle meadows & wild forests) and all amenities (sales agents just around the corner). Comfortable rooms. Neo-rustic country charm combined with careful restoration (stone walls & window lintels as well as period beams). Large exposed gravel terrace opening onto a pleasant 1500m² enclosed garden (with flowers, plants & trees), from which you can see Mont-Blanc on a clear day!
Comprising: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor of a separate building (total independence). Wifi access. Oil heating. 1 double bedroom (bed 2 p. 140x 190cm) with private bathroom (shower/wc). 1 family suite in "guest apartment" with full kitchen (bed 2 p. 140x190cm + sofa bed BZ 2 p. 160x200cm) and private bathroom (shower/wc). Enclosed grounds 1500m². Terrace (gravel). Private parking. Bike/motorcycle storage. Restaurant 2 km.

Tintin Superbe endroit
