Nestled on a hillside on a south-east-facing slope, in the heart of the bucolic vineyards of the famous AOC de Givry (flagship of the Côtes chalonnaise, King Henri IV's favorite wine according to legend), close to vast state-owned forests, in a magnificent setting of gentle rolling Countryside combining viticulture & nature, This picturesque, perfectly preserved site overlooks the village of Givry, an ancient fortified village steeped in charm, with the remains of its ramparts, a rich listed heritage, numerous amenities and a wealth of leisure facilities, including the "Acrogivry" park (Burgundy's largest accrobranche park, one of France's largest adventure parks!). Spacious, comfortable Holiday cottage. Spacious living room. Warm country charm, a touch "rustic", with contemporary touches sublimated by the exceptional soul of the place (arch, majestic mantelpiece & stone walls, beams & frame... original). A cosy atmosphere combining tradition and modernity. Lots of charm and character. Terrace facing "courtyard" complemented by a sheltered mini-balconet (a historic "awning").
Composition: Semi-detached house. Wifi connection. Gas central heating. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (2-bed 160x200cm), separate toilet (with washbasin). 1st floor: living room-kitchen, bathroom (corner bath/Wc). 2nd floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms (2 single beds 80x200cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm).

Notre long weekend s'est vraiment bien passé.

    Bien cordialement
