Jean-Claude welcomes you to a charming, traditional 19th-century Bresse farmhouse—built of brick and half-timbered—that has been meticulously restored and is nestled peacefully on a renovated former farm estate. Complete peace and tranquility in the heart of a quiet rural hamlet nestled in the unspoiled Louhannaise countryside, bordering fields and wooded meadows, on the edge of a vast natural area protected as a ZNIEFF (Site of Natural Interest for its Fauna and Flora) for its rich biodiversity, a rejuvenating landscape that blends agriculture and the great outdoors, just a stone’s throw from small wild forests as well as the picturesque village center, adorned with an elegant Romanesque-style church (built of red brick), numerous small shops and services, as well as a bucolic, perfectly maintained fishing pond (“Les Prés de la Vavre,” featuring a thatched shelter, picnic tables, a fitness trail, a pétanque court, and a nature trail). A peaceful 1,500 m² property featuring a spacious, sheltered 35 m² panoramic terrace, a large courtyard, a rare and highly desirable “illuminated” pétanque court (evening games possible!) and a pleasant lawned garden, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the gentle surrounding Countryside.
