Calm & tranquility, in the heart of a beautiful 1.4 ha property (with a pleasant large garden, a convivial barbecue area with brazier, plancha & pizza oven & a private pontoon "on the water"), nestled on the banks of the Saône, at a dead end in a peaceful residential area steeped in history, on the edge of a gentle plain of cultivated fields & meadows, facing the postcard-perfect quays of the town (illuminated at night). A renowned gastronomic stopover with Michelin-starred restaurants, this charming town of colorful facades lends it an Unusual Mediterranean charm, dotted with gentle pedestrian lanes. It boasts all amenities, a priceless heritage, a unique level of sports & leisure facilities and a sublime, unspoilt landscape (succession of hedged meadows, rivers, beautiful wild forests & Vineyard hillsides).
