Ghislaine welcomes you to a 19th-century country house steeped in history (a former village café), with the rough charm of yesteryear (completely restored inside), nestled "en balcon" on a hillside overlooking a small meadow valley crossed by a bucolic, fish-filled river, on the edge of a vast national forest, home to the "Pont du Roi dam", a vast 44-hectare reservoir (a bucolic artificial lake submerging an ancient valley for several kilometers), an exceptional biotope & literal fisherman's paradise, a natural area classified & protected as a "Natura 2000 zone" for its wealth of flora & fauna (equipped with an educational trail). Between Morvan & Couchois country, in a small residential hamlet next to the road between Autun & Couches, in the heart of beautiful unspoilt Countryside combining vineyard landscapes & gentle mountains, between vineyard slopes, large ponds, vast wild forests & verdant bocage valleys.
