In the heart of unspoilt Countryside (partly protected as a ZNIEFF for its wealth of flora & fauna), in the hollow of a verdant meadow valley dominated by gentle wooded hills, a soothing landscape combining agriculture, viticulture & nature, between pastures, rivers, vineyard slopes & vast wild forests, on the edge of the bucolic vineyards of Couchois & Maranges, close to the territory's various "belvedere" mountains peaking at over 500m (including Mont Rome & the "Mountain of Three Crosses" classified as a "natural park" with an exceptional 360° panorama, a site steeped in history, notably Neolithic & Roman). Mrn Très jolie étape entre Lyon et Paris
Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis avec 2 enfants en bas âge et un chien.
La Chouette Curieuse est un gîte très agréable, literie et canapé confortable, bien aménagé avec une cuisine bien équipée. Le jardin fermé est sécurisant, il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants, et pour les adultes nous recommandons fortement le bar à pétanque !
Les propriétaires habitent la maison mitoyenne et sont très sympathiques et aidant. Ils sont en train de redécorer le gîte, pièce par pièce, l'effet est moderne et frais tout en mettant en valeurs le bois et la pierre d'origine.
Attention si vous voyagez avec une personne âgée, la table à manger se situe à l'étage et l'escalier est un peu raide.- Cleanliness

Adeline Un week-end à la campagne
Greg et Adélie nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et se sont montrés disponibles pour répondre à nos questions sur les 'bons plans' alentour. La maison est propre et très agréable, la literie confortable. Le grand jardin est bien équipé pour prendre les repas et se détendre au calme. Bref, on s'y sent comme chez soi! Je recommande vivement!

Juliette De très bonnes vacances !
Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte. L’accueil a été chaleureux et tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Mention spéciale pour le jardin, exposé plein sud, idéal pour profiter des beaux jours en famille. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
