Absolutely exceptional ecological construction, just a stone's throw from the vineyards! Very rare, audacious, almost self-sufficient contemporary "passive house" (typical of Nordic housing) built in 2025 - featuring a 5-seater indoor Spa, a pétanque court & an ultra-unusual "mini telescopic cellar" on the living room side - nestled in a peaceful 1000m² garden, on the edge of a picturesque little Burgundy village nestled "entre Grosne & Saône", 5 km from the shopping town of Sennecey-le-Grand (numerous shops & services including supermarkets) & 9 km from the charming gastronomic town of Tournus (A6 access / world-renowned abbey site & river Marina / all amenities). In the midst of rolling Countryside (protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich ecosystems), nestled in the wooded foothills of the Southern Burgundy Massif (a vast wilderness area largely protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone", to be explored on foot or mountain bike), in the heart of a magnificent, unspoilt landscape combining viticulture, agriculture & nature, at the crossroads of the Mâconnais & Côtes Chalonnaises vineyards (at the junction of the "Route des Vins de Bourgogne" & the "Route des Grands Vins"), not far from the world-renowned Côtes de Beaune & Hautes Côtes de Beaune vineyards (prestigious "Route des Grands Crus"). Ideally located on the Romanesque church circuit, numerous signposted footpaths including "balades vertes" (a vast network of identical hiking trails to be discovered in the area) & several FFC mountain bike trails (connected "en étoiles" within the massif) including the renowned GTM (Grand Tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne), 2 km from the GR76 (connected to the mythical "Chemin des Moines" linking the abbeys of Cîteaux and Cluny), 6.5 km from the "Voie Bleue" along the banks of the Saône, adjoining the "Voie Verte" of the "Grande Boucle de Bourgogne du Sud", 7 km from the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de la Saône-et-Loire by bike) & 21 km from the renowned Mont Saint-Romain downhill mountain bike track. Privileged central location at the crossroads of Tournugeois-Clunisois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), Chalonnais, Haut Mâconnais & Bresse Bourguignonne, at the crossroads of the Ain department. Perfect for exploring: 10 km from the medieval village of Brancion, 16 km from Cuisery (one of France's 8 exclusive "Villages du Livre"), 18 km from Lugny (leading producer of Burgundy wines), 20 km from the rare Truchère Nature Reserve (remarkable protected ecosystem), 22 km from the medieval town of Saint-Gengoux-le-National (certified "Cités de Caractère de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté"), 23 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (classified as a "City of Art and History"), 32 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny, 36 km from Louhans (capital of the Bresse region), 40 km from Mâcon (Mâcon Loché TGV station 46 km away), 48 km from Le Creusot TGV station, 51 km from the sumptuous landscape jewel of the Roches de Solutré & Vergisson classified as a "Grand Site de France" & 53 km from Beaune. For an extraordinary holiday experience in a totally avant-garde residence!

Belgian by birth and Burgundians by heart and by choice (owners of nearby Vineyards planted with Chardonnay), Isabelle & Étienne welcome you to a very rare, cutting-edge contemporary “passive house” built in 2025 (a truly exceptional “eco-construction” that is 90% self-sufficient), nestled in the heart of a peaceful rural hamlet, just a stone’s throw from the surrounding vineyards and meadows, on the outskirts of a picturesque little Burgundian village nestled beneath the wooded hills of the Southern Burgundy massif (a vast, wild forest area perfect for relaxing walks or mountain bike rides, offering splendid panoramic views all the way to Mont Blanc on clear days!). Peace and quiet in the heart of the gentle Tourneux countryside, a preserved, idyllic setting blending viticulture, agriculture, and unspoiled nature, protected as a ZNIEFF (Natural Habitat and Biodiversity Area) for its rich flora and fauna (adjacent to a vast “Natura 2000” site).
