Situated in a quiet village hamlet, 20 km from Autun, this superb, spacious house, entirely renovated and carefully decorated, is arranged over 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance leading to living room (sofa bed for two extra beds, flat-screen TV, DVD player, HIFI system), fitted kitchen opening onto living room, shower room with walk-in shower and bath and separate toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms, all with flat-screen TV (1 x 1 bed 140x190, 3 x 2 twin beds 90x190) and a shower room with WC. Outside: several relaxation areas fitted out with quality furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, plancha, access to private woodland on this fully enclosed property, unobstructed view of nature and sheltered terrace in front of the entrance to the house. Petanque court, games room with table soccer and SPA (May 1 to October 15). On-site parking in the courtyard. Numerous hiking trails nearby. WIFI Internet access. Washing machine and dryer in basement laundry room. Central vacuum system. Small pets only, under the great care of their owners. Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair. Activities in the area: Mont Beuvray (archaeological site and museum), Haut Folin, Lac des Settons. For children: Parc des Combes in Le Creusot, Diverti'Parc in Toulon/Arroux, Le Pal.

5/5Tout était parfait: l’accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire, la propreté et l’équipement du gîte, un extérieur spacieux , la vue face au mont Beuvray, les balades autour du gîte et même une excellente boulangerie au village. Pas de surprise, gîte tout compris. A recommander !

Un excellent week-end malgré la météo !
5/5Nous avons passé le week-end de Pâques dans ce gîte pour une réunion de famille.
La météo a été particulièrement capricieuse, mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce au confort de cette belle maison très spacieuse et parfaitement bien équipée.
Entre 2 averses nous avons pu faire un tour dans le parc et marcher dans les nombreux chemins autour.
Nous espérons juste pouvoir y retourner, si possible avec le soleil !

Maison très agréable
4/5Grandes pièces agréablement meublées. Bel environnement. Accueil très sympathique. Bonne literie et bons fauteuils. Le jardin est immense. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas trouvé le thermostat car il aurait fallu remettre du chauffage. Le temps se refroidi vite dans la région. C'est notre faute, nous aurions dû téléphoner à la propriétaire. Le spa était cassé par la chute d'un arbre. La ville d'Autun à 30 minutes est très intéressante. Le jardin est immense. Nous recommandons cette maison.
