La petite maison dans la prairie! Authentic, traditional 19th-century residence, carefully restored, nestled in a peaceful, vast, perfectly-kept 4500m² natural property, in a bucolic valley of bocage & meadows, 10 km from the illustrious abbey town of Cluny (all amenities on site). Idyllic, unspoilt countryside setting & total tranquility in the heart of the rolling Cluny countryside, a stone's throw from a picturesque little hamlet, adjacent to the verdant Guye valley & a protected natural area classified as a "Natura 2000" zone for the quality of its ecosystem, ideally situated on the Romanesque church route, very close to marked "balades vertes" hiking trails connected to the nearby GR76 (rich network of hiking trails of this type to be explored in the area), 10 km from the "voie verte" & the renowned GTM mountain bike trail (Grand tour du Massif Sud Bourgogne), 10 km from a 27-km "boucle vélo coup de cœur" cycle route (and 15 km from another identical 24-km route), not far from the Mâconnais vineyards (including the famous Val Lamartinien) & the wine route (first vineyards 10 km away). A prime location in the heart of Tournugeois-Clunisois (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), at the crossroads of Chalonnais, Mâconnais, Bresse Bourguignonne & Charollais-Brionnais (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire"), all rich in sublime landscapes, renowned gastronomy & a literally exceptional historical heritage (notably medieval & Romanesque). Ideal for exploring the whole of southern Burgundy: 13 km from Taizé (& its famous religious community), 20 km from the medieval wine-growing village of Saint-Gengoux-le-National, which has been awarded the "Cités de Caractère de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté" label, 24 km from the medieval town of Mont-Saint-Vincent, 30 km from the magnificent landscape gem of Roche de Solutré, classified as a "Grand Site de France", 30 km from Charolles, 32 km from Mâcon (Mâcon Loché TGV station 30 km away), 35 km from Tournus, 44 km from Paray-le-Monial and 51 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (classified as a "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire"). A literally exceptional setting for total relaxation! A little corner of rural paradise for young and old alike.

Nicole opens the doors to a delightful, carefully restored 19th-century traditional home - complete with a typical "galerie mâconnaise" - nestled in the calm of the rolling Cluny countryside, in a superb green valley of meadows & bocages, crossed by a bucolic little river (with only the peaceful Charolais cows as possible close neighbors), nestled beneath the wooded ridges of the vast Trois Monts national forest (crossed by the GR76 & numerous marked nature trails, with splendid panoramic belvederes). Ultra-privileged country setting, 100% rejuvenating, nestled in the heart of a sublime unspoilt setting of nature & greenery with no overlooking (the unique privilege of being able to observe wildlife on site), a stone's throw from a picturesque historic rural hamlet, perfectly preserved, boasting an elegant listed 11th-century Romanesque church & a rare Neolithic menhir. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Warm, contemporary country style combined with careful preservation of the rich traces of the past (preservation of the stone & wooden lintels of the doors and windows as well as the original beams). A relaxing, cosy atmosphere. Set in 4500m² of perfectly manicured, partly grassed grounds. Pleasantly large panoramic terrace with unobstructed views over the surrounding countryside. Exceptional setting and site, absolutely enchanting, with magnificent landscapes.
Composition : Detached house (access via 250m gravelled driveway). Electric heating. Ground floor: bedroom (2-bed 140x190cm) with private bathroom (shower/WC). 1st floor: kitchen, living room. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 140x190cm), shower room, separate toilet. franckaurore Vacances au vert
