Great comfort & superb surroundings! Splendid panorama & scenery! Charming, authentic 19th-century Brionnais farmhouse, carefully converted into an elegant, charming holiday home - with an intimate, pleasant 1000m² walled garden - nestled in a peaceful setting on the edge of meadows, on the edge of a vast, wild state forest, on the edge of a small rural hamlet 5 km from the delightful medieval village of Semur-en-Brionnais (awarded the rare "Plus beaux villages de France" label) & 9 km from the picturesque shopping town of Marcigny, "Site Clunisois" best known for its Monday morning Market founded in 1266 (all amenities on site, including supermarkets). Total peace and quiet in the rolling Brionnais countryside, nestled "en balcon" on a hillside, on a plateau overlooking the sublime local bocage, in the heart of a magnificent, unspoilt natural setting. Ultra-privileged Location on the route of the Romanesque church circuit, a 55 km "Coup de Coeur" referenced cycling loop (3 other similar itineraries accessible within a 10 km radius), a VTT-FFC-approved marked mountain bike route (part of a vast network of similar routes criss-crossing the region) & a "balade verte" marked footpath (rich network of identical hiking trails to explore the surrounding area, on foot or mountain bike), 8 km from the Voie Verte "Véloire" connected to the EuroVélo6 and the "Cycloroute71" (Tour de Saône et Loire by bike) along the banks of the Loire, Europe's last wild river protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for the quality of its rich ecosystems (bordered by the "canal tranquille" linking Roanne to Digoin), 40 km from the first vineyards of the Côtes Roannaises & 50 km from the vineyards of Beaujolais (various wine routes connected to the "Route des Vins de Bourgogne"). Prime location in the heart of the Charolais-Brionnais region (labelled "Pays d'Art et d'Histoire", cradle of the world-renowned AOC cattle breed), with its sumptuous landscapes and exceptional historical heritage, at the crossroads of Sologne & Mountain Bourbonnaise and Pays Roannais, at the crossroads of the Allier, Loire & Rhône rivers. Ideal for exploring: 5.5 km from the picturesque village of Anzy-le-Duc (sumptuous 11th-century listed Romanesque church), 8 km from Saint-Christophe-en-Brionnais & its iconic weekly "Market aux Bestiaux" dating from the late 15th century (one of the oldest in France, dedicated to the local Charolais star!), 21 km from Charlieu (exceptional Romanesque Benedictine abbey), 20 km from La Clayette, 22 km from Paray-le-Monial, 25 km from Charolles, 27 km from Digoin (river Marina nestled at the convergence of 3 renowned canals, including the famous Canal du Centre), 40 km from Roanne & 51 km from the famous PAL theme park. The ideal "cocoon" for an ultra-cozy green getaway, 100% relaxing & restful, with your family or "mini tribe"! A literal haven of peace & rest! A home that exudes the art of vacation living...

Authentic, carefully restored traditional 19th-century Brionnais farmhouse nestled on a hillside, "en balcon" & "belvédère panoramique", on an exposed hillside overlooking the sublime local bocage stretching as far as the eye can see, like a "postcard". Absolute tranquility in the heart of the Brionnais Countryside, on the outskirts of a rural, residential & agricultural mini hamlet. Enchanting setting, nestled on the edge of a gentle pasture (home in season to the peaceful local Charolais cows), a stone's throw from a vast wild state forest (to be explored on foot or mountain bike), in the hollow of a bucolic plateau of rolling meadows. Magnificent panoramas and landscapes. A true haven of peace & relaxation. Very comfortable Holiday cottage. Very spacious. Exceptional 70m² living room with a superb light-filled space coiled under a cathedral ceiling (& its elegant "rain" of ultra-stylish "teardrop" lights!). A warm, country "bourgeois" feel, plush & refined, combined with a fine heritage restoration (preserving the rich traces of the original building: stone walls & fireplace mantels, bricks, beams, stone & wood lintels...). Enormous charm & character. Cosy & super cozy atmosphere. Fully equipped and decorated to a very high standard, worthy of a gentle "family home". Intimate, delightful 1000m² enclosed garden with lawn, trees and shrubs (plum, pear, apple, raspberry, mulberry, cherry... / Picking possible), swing and mini-pool. Pleasant terrace with a lounge offering a splendid unobstructed view.
