Catherine welcomes you to a carefully restored, authentic 19th-century outbuilding, situated on a beautiful, gated and perfectly maintained property (a historic former family farm, of which the delightful farmhouse remains, now the owners' residence), nestled in a peaceful, typical rural hamlet in the wine-growing countryside of the southern Côtes Chalonnaises. Just 3 km from the picturesque village of Saint-Martin-du-Tartre, nestled on a hillside 430 m above sea level, like a "panoramic belvedere", with its listed 11th-century Romanesque-Gothic church and sumptuous unobstructed views over the verdant Guye valley and its magnificent unspoilt countryside. Splendid surrounding countryside, all at once viticultural, agricultural & natural, nestled in a bucolic valley of meadows, beneath the wooded ridges of the surrounding gentle hills, a stone's throw from the very first vineyards & several wild forests (to be explored on restful & relaxing walks or mountain bike rides).     Excellent

    More than perfect for a couple or a couple with small children. The single lavatory/bathroom might make life difficult for four adults. Excellent semi-private outdoor space.
