In a small residential hamlet nestling on the edge of fields & nestling on the borders of the Mâconnais vineyards (including the famous & magnificent "Val Lamartinien" nearby) and the Haut Beaujolais. Marguerite-Marie, an organic winegrower, welcomes you to an 18th-century farm outbuilding steeped in history, which she has completely renovated into a beautiful character property, nestled on a former winegrowing estate to which she has given new life (domaine du Mérac / tasting & sales by appointment). In the heart of a small residential hamlet nestled on the edge of fields & vineyards, in the midst of Mâcon's peri-urban Countryside, in the midst of a bucolic, rolling countryside & vineyard setting, just a stone's throw from the heart of the charming, typical & multi-faceted market town of Charnay-les Mâcon, both city & country (ideal compromise between City & Countryside), with its own AOC/AOP ("Mâcon Charnay-les-Mâcon"), a rich heritage (10th-century Romanesque church, numerous castles, 19th-century icehouse, restored old oil mill...) and all amenities. Very comfortable Holiday cottage. Ultra spacious. Rooms of noble dimensions. Elegant contemporary country style combining tradition & modernity. Zen atmosphere & very soft. Lots of charm. Lys Noël à Charnay
Gîte très bien situé, ouvrant sur un paysage remarquable de pins, vignobles et côteaux. Accueil discret et efficace de la propriétaire, Madame CHAPUIS, qui avait décoré le gîte pour Noël, conférant ainsi une touche encore plus chaleureuse à l'intérieur spacieux et confortable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lily Rose Emilian the best one
Super séjour dans ce gîte qui est magnifique. Les hôtes sont charmants et très confiants, les deux chambres sont très spacieuses de même que le séjour cuisine ouverte . Il y a tout le confort souhaité, même le sèche linge qui nous a aidé à contrer le mauvais temps passager. Le cadre est très beau, de grands pins parasols avec les monts du beaujolais en arrière plan pour la vue depuis le gîte et le calme absolu viennent s'ajouter à notre enthousiasme.

Thomas & Louise Séjour parfait
De passage dans la région, nous avons choisi ce bel endroit pour son calme et sa proximité avec quelques atouts locaux (Macon juste à côté en étant quand même hors de la ville, la voie verte à 2 pas, quelques sites touristiques non loin, et les commerces à quelques minutes en voiture) et très honnêtement sa piscine !
Du fait des fortes chaleurs, cette dernière a été un vrai atout, autant que la très bonne isolation du rez-de-chaussée (l'étage est logiquement un peu plus sujet à l'accumulation de l'air chaud après plusieurs jours de canicule, mais rien de rédhibitoire, d'autant que le logement est fourni en ventilateurs) et nous avons donc passé une très bon séjour dans ce lieu malgré la canicule.
Rien ne manque, c'est spacieux et confortable, les propriétaires sont proactifs pour que votre séjour se déroule au mieux, c'était simplement parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
