Description 2026, subject to modifications for 2027: Please refer to the description sheet validated at the time of booking.

Cécile & Oleg welcome you to an elegant, authentic 18th-century “character property” full of character, carefully restored to the highest standards, brimming with charm and history, nestled peacefully in the heart of the rolling Charolais countryside (largely protected as a ZNIEFF site for its rich flora and fauna), on a 10,000-square-meter private property (largely “natural,” consisting of pastures where sheep graze). Absolute peace and tranquility nestled in the heart of the sublime local bocage, just a stone’s throw from a bucolic 12-hectare pond (a renowned Fishing spot and natural site) as well as a vast, wild, and protected forest area, perched on a promontory and serving as a “panoramic lookout” on a hill overlooking a soothing valley of gentle meadows, within a peaceful little rural hamlet neighboring the typical village of Neuvy-Granchamp, known for its highly acclaimed Charolais Museum of Agricultural Machinery (the only one of its kind in Burgundy / over 500 vintage machines). Magnificent, preserved rural and natural surroundings. An extremely relaxing setting and location—a true haven of peace and rest. Very comfortable room. A delightful “mix and match” blending the opulent and refined atmosphere of an exotic old “bourgeois” residence with a warm, contemporary “Countryside chic” ambiance. Extremely cozy and comfortable. Full of charm. A very pleasant, intimate, grassy garden spanning 2,000 m², featuring various areas for rest and relaxation, including a beautiful heated Piscine (12x3 m) adjoining an extremely spacious, sheltered terrace nestled beneath a beautifully restored former “carriage house.” Stunning unobstructed views of the surrounding Countryside, with the Monts du Forez and the Massif Central serving as a backdrop.
Layout: Bed and breakfast featuring 2 bedrooms on the first floor (accessible via a shared staircase leading to two opposite wings of the house). Wi-Fi (fiber). Oil heating. Family suite consisting of 3 separate bedrooms connected by a hallway (double bed 160x200 cm / double bed 140x190 cm / single bed 90x190 cm), one of which has an en suite bathroom (multi-jet shower) plus a full bathroom (tub + shower) and a separate private restroom on the landing (accessible via the hallway). "Double" bedroom (160x200 cm double bed) with an en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet). Shared lounge area on the mezzanine landing. Breakfast served in the owners’ living room on the ground floor (with a fireplace). Private parking. Bike storage. Shared garden with a heated Piscine (12x3m), covered terrace, and pétanque court.
