Quiet, unoverlooked Holiday cottage for 6 with unobstructed views of the Nivernais Countryside
and the Morvan. The owners are on site but are very discreet and unoverlooked.

The Holiday cottage is on one level and offers a kitchen opening onto the living room with TV, internet and wood-burning stove. One bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 with desk area and one bedroom with 2 x 2 Bunk beds.
Bathroom with large shower and toilet. The property is also accessible to people with reduced mobility: walk-in shower, shower seat and toilet grab bar.

Private garden with terrace, the heated outdoor swimming pool (8.50m x 4m) shared with the owners' family is accessible from 09:00 to 20:00 (please note that the owners will not use the pool if you are there). Weather permitting, the Piscine is open from April to October.
Part of the garden is enclosed for your pet. Swing. Outside the enclosed private garden, dogs must be kept on a leash.

All inclusive: heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption), wood supplied free of charge, bathroom linen included as well as kitchen linen and bed linen with beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included (but if the cottage is left dirty, a €50 cleaning charge will be applied).

Loan of 4 adult electric mountain bikes and 2 Kids bikes (without assistance): a deposit of 700€ is required for the use of the electric mountain bikes.

One free pet allowed.

Arrivals between Monday and Friday will be autonomous using a key box. The code will be e-mailed to you a week before your arrival.
