Welcome to our comfortable Holiday cottage, located in the beautiful Puisaye-Forterre region, in Bitry (Nièvre). Here you'll find peace, comfort and authenticity, in a verdant setting conducive to rejuvenation. We live on the property, but your terraces, garden and pétanque court are not overlooked (30m away). On the first floor, the Holiday cottage offers a large, convivial room combining kitchen and dining room, ideal for preparing meals and socializing around a large table. A separate living room with sofas and TV invites you to relax, whether reading or watching a film. The entrance hall is furnished with a table soccer table, perfect for playful moments, and a WC completes this floor. Upstairs, five bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and toilet, while two other bedrooms (in a row) share the bathroom/toilet. 4 bedrooms each have a Bed 140x190; 2 bedrooms each have 2 beds 90x190 and one bedroom has a bed 160x200. Outside, you'll enjoy an open garden with terrace, relaxation area and pétanque court, as well as a barbecue for summer meals. Horses are fenced in (electric fence). The Holiday cottage also offers private parking, Wi-Fi access, board games and local literature. Horses can be accommodated (6 maximum) with a Cabin in the meadow, meadow and hay at €15/night/horse. Motorbikes can be stored in the barn under cover. Professional stay for 7 people maximum. 15 minutes from the medieval Guédelon construction site and Saint-Fargeau castle, and 5 minutes from St Amand en Puisaye, the pottery capital. Here, you can escape to the rhythm of the birds, the neighboring horses and the flowers in the garden. Hiking and jogging trails are right outside the door. 20 min from the Maison de Colette and 30 min from the Vineyards of Sancerre. EVG and EVJF not permitted.
Accommodation with bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, kitchen linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning included (provided you leave the cottage in good condition), heating and electricity included (subject to reasonable consumption).

Severine à été à l’écoute de nos demandes et sollicitations et nous a donné les informations que nous souhaitions avec objectiviste, patience et gentillesse.
À notre arrivée David nous a accueilli chaleureusement et décontraction. À chacune de nos demandes, David a été disponible et réactif, le fair-play britannique sans doute.
Le gîte et grand, propre et joliment décoré. Le cadre et silencieux bercé par le vent et la présence de leurs chevaux.

Céramistes amateurs à la recherche de de nouveaux potiers céramistes dans la région de Saint-Amand.
Ce gite, dans son cadre authentique, cache une conception remarquable et complète pour satisfaire les plus exigeants. Pas d'ostentation, une décoration discrète et une fonctionnalité parfaite à tous les niveaux.
Que dire des hôtes sinon qu'ils sont charmants, prévenants, très à l'écoute, proposant des visites répondant à nos recherches et avec des attentions témoignant d'une d'une gentillesse que nous n'avions jamais rencontrée dans les nombreux gites utilisés précédemment.Un havre de paix , en pleine campagne à ne pas manquer. Un grand merci encore à nos hôtes.

Célia Séjour très agréable
Merci à Séverine qui a été très disponible avant et pendant le séjour. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, en particulier les chambres, salles de bain et la cuisine. Nous avons aussi apprécié les activités dans la région.

Accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires au rendez-vous ! Le gîte est très propre et fonctionnel. Il est décoré avec goût et le faite d'avoir chacun sa salle de bain est un plus non négligeable. Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le logement est très propre et confortable. Chaque chambre à une salle de bain et des toilettes ce qui est très appréciable. L'extérieur permet de profiter du beau temps et le cadre est magnifique.

Pierre Super séjour au gite Terre de Fleur
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Gîte Terre de Fleur pour l’anniversaire de mon papa.
Séverine s’est montrée attentionnée et disponible tout au long du séjour.
Elle propose des idées de promenades selon nos centres d’intérêt, donne des conseils pratiques et avait préparé une carte d’anniversaire pour mon papa. L’hôte nous a également offert de bons produits locaux.
Quant au gîte, il est spacieux, confortable, propreté irréprochable et la cuisine est parfaitement équipée. L’environnement calme de la campagne est propice aux promenades en famille. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.
