At the foot of the Morvan mountains, this family home will seduce you with its large garden of 1000 m² enclosed by hedges but not fenced (plancha, garden furniture and deckchairs), and its tranquility: kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190, Umbrella bed for baby, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Electric heating extra according to consumption. Only 1 pet allowed, more than 1 by prior arrangement. Ideally located 5 km from the Canal du Nivernais and its greenway cycle route, some 20 km from the Morvan Regional Nature Park. Numerous activities are available, including castle visits in Châtillon-en-Bazois, Museums in Château-Chinon (Musée du Septennat and Musée du Costume), Hiking and water sports (on the Morvan lakes: Settons, Chaumeçon, Pannecière...). Throughout the year, the Bazois region organizes a variety of events (shows, flea markets, fishing competitions, belote contests...).
The 4G network works very well.
