Fully renovated holiday cottage offering exceptional comfort and high-quality amenities (reversible air conditioning throughout the property).
Located in a quiet little village, with a front yard for parking cars; the entrance opens into a large, bright living area featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room divided into several relaxation areas with a big TV and internet; direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture under a pergola and a secluded relaxation area; large garden (unfenced) perfect for strolling, with hammocks and lounge chairs ideal for relaxation; petanque court nearby. Also on the ground floor: a separate half-bath with a sink; as well as a bedroom (1 160x200 cm bed) and its private bathroom (toilet and large shower). Upstairs, two sleeping areas on either side of the walkway offering a bird’s-eye view of the living area: on one side, a bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed and its private bathroom (toilet and large shower); on the other side, two bedrooms, each equipped with two 80x200 cm beds that can be joined upon request to form one 160x200 cm bed, plus two 160 cm sofa beds fitted with high-comfort mattresses, sharing a bathroom (large shower) and a separate toilet. On the garden level is the last bedroom with independent access from the garden: a partially vaulted room (cellar) with its own private bathroom (toilet and large shower).

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed free of charge (€100 deposit) - Accommodation not suitable for business stays.
