Quietly located in a small village, with a courtyard at the front for parking cars, the gîte opens onto a large, bright living room with a large fully-equipped kitchen, a large lounge divided into several relaxation areas with a large TV and internet access; direct access to the terrace with garden furniture under a pergola and a relaxing lounge with no facing neighbours; large garden (not enclosed) with hammocks and deckchairs for relaxing; petanque court nearby. Also on the first floor is an independent toilet with washbasin, as well as a bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room (toilet and large shower). Upstairs, 2 sleeping areas on either side of the walkway with a view over the living room: on one side, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and private shower room (wc and large shower); on the other side, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 x 80x200 beds that can be twinned on request to form 1 x 160x200 bed + 2 x 160 sofa beds with high-comfort mattresses, sharing a shower room (large shower) and separate wc. The last bedroom is on the garden level, with independent access from the garden: partly vaulted room (cellar) with private shower room (wc and large shower).
