Separate entrance via an outdoor spiral staircase leads to the air-conditioned bedroom/studio, located on the first floor of the house and featuring a private balcony. On-site parking is available, along with lounge chairs and a bocce court. The room is a 38m² studio offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/grill combo, 2 induction burners, dishes, and a sink. The bathroom opens onto the bedroom and features a 26-jet whirlpool tub with shower, a heated towel rack, and privacy screens are available. 1 bed (140x190) + 1 sofa bed for 1 person. Separate toilet. TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Baby equipment available upon request (high chair and baby bed). Bedding provided. In case of late arrival, a key box will be available for you.
