Stay in this Detached house on one level (one step into the house), fully renovated: private, unfenced garden, garage for one car or motorbikes/cycles, covered carport, terrace with garden furniture. Large living room with open-plan kitchen, TV, laundry room with washing machine and access to garage, bedroom with 160x200 bed, bathroom with WC, large shower, double washbasin. WIFI ACCESS. The bedroom-office area has a high-quality "rapido" convertible (140x190), separated from the living room by a glass door and blackout curtains.
Just 15 minutes from all the major sites (Vézelay and its basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Bazoches with its Vauban castle). At the foot of the Morvan and the region's most beautiful lakes (Les Settons, Chaumeçon), where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports: sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, canoeing and kayaking. Fishermen and hunters will be delighted. The region's gastronomy and wines are renowned. Don't miss a visit to Clamecy, 15 km away, a former timber rafting town (museum, collegiate church of St Martin).

Naturliebhaber une maison de campagne moderne
Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort. Das Ferienhaus mit seinem Garten ist wundervoll renoviert und sehr komfortabel. Mit unseren Fahrrädern war es nicht weit zum Canal du Nivernais. Wir kommen wieder.

Petra Havre de Paix et de tranquilleté
Un gîte spacieux, decoré très harmonieux et meublé avec beaucoup de gout. On se sent immédiatement très à l‘aise. Rien ne manque. Un jardin arboré qui invite les oiseaux á donner un concert ravissant. On se sent dans une nature paisible et calme. En plus situé dans un paysage bucolique - des collines infinies dans une beauté parfaite, des troupeaux de vaches avec leurs veaux sur les pâturages… Les hôtes Annie et Pierre sont très accueillants, très sympathiques et serviable. Un endroit parfait pour se reposer et invitant pour revenir. Et quand même proche aux Sites touristiques….

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous le soleil! Le gîte est très agréable, propre, confortable et bien aménagé ainsi que les extérieurs très agréable sous le soleil. Domi et Gégé Un havre de paix tout confort
un accueil très sympa, un gîte tout confort avec une déco soignée, un grand jardin, de quoi passer un excellent séjour. Pierre nous a indiqué les visites à ne pas manquer, les bonnes tables, les commerces où trouver les bons produits... A proximité, de belles cités de caractère, le canal du Nivernais et de nombreux chemins de randonnée.
