Spacious, cozy and comfortable solid wood Chalet comprising living room, equipped kitchenette, sitting area, shower room, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90 cm twin beds and 1 baby bed), WC. High chair. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Electric heating extra, wood heating free. End-of-stay cleaning extra. 800 m² enclosed grounds. Only 1 pet allowed. In addition to the Chalet, you can rent a 1-bed Cabin for €70 per week. In the heart of nature, with breathtaking views of the Morvan. 20 km from the freeway, close to Vézelay (cultural visits - Vineyard) and Avallon, ideally located for enjoying the charms of the Morvan: Swimming and water sports in the lakes, Fishing in the Cure (1st category), visits to the Châteaux of Bazoches, Chastellux, GR 13 on site and other Hiking trails. See wildlife and domestic animals in the surrounding area. Base de loisirs (mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, caving) 10 kms away.

Mip Chalet très cosy, chaleureux, bien aménagé comportant tout le matériel nécessaire à un séjour de vacance.
Pour la saison froide le bois est fourni pour de belles flambées dans un poêle efficace.
Situé au calme avec une vue époustouflante sur les prés vallonnés et très près d'Avallon. Accueil sympathique avec produits locaux. Nous reviendrons pour une cure de silence et de randonnées.- Cleanliness

nora Gite ampio e comodo, ben equipaggiato, molto accogliente e curato. Posizione splendida con vista su tramonti indimenticabili, tranquillo, buona posizione per esplorare i dintorni (parco Morvan) per attività all'aria aperta e visite culturali. Proprietari ospitali, gentili, forniscono utili indicazioni; in casa moltissimo materiale sul parco (libri, carte, depliant). Non ci sono negozi nelle vicinanze, bisogna organizzarsi un po'.

M.Mme Zogata Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien aménagé, situé au calme et proche de la nature. La propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous avons apprécie la délicate attention avec les produits faits maison offerts à notre arrivée. En tant qu'amoureux de la nature et des randonnées, nous avons pu découvrir de nombreux sites naturels et sentiers près des lacs et rivières de cette belle région. Nous reviendrons.
