Spacious, cozy and comfortable solid wood Chalet comprising living room, equipped kitchenette, sitting area, shower room, WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90 cm twin beds and 1 baby bed), WC. High chair. Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Electric heating extra, wood heating free. End-of-stay cleaning extra. 800 m² enclosed grounds. Only 1 pet allowed. In addition to the Chalet, you can rent a 1-bed Cabin for €70 per week. In the heart of nature, with breathtaking views of the Morvan. 20 km from the freeway, close to Vézelay (cultural visits - Vineyard) and Avallon, ideally located for enjoying the charms of the Morvan: Swimming and water sports in the lakes, Fishing in the Cure (1st category), visits to the Châteaux of Bazoches, Chastellux, GR 13 on site and other Hiking trails. See wildlife and domestic animals in the surrounding area. Base de loisirs (mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, caving) 10 kms away.

Mi - Ja Excellent séjour dans un chalet confortable et bien agencé. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.
La situation du chalet permet de profiter d'un territoire riche en lieux intéressants tant d'un point de vue nature que culture et architecture.

Le gîte est situé dans un environnement extrêmement calme, bien équipé et bénéficie d'une terrasse agréablement orientée vers le couchant et un paysage dégagé et paisible. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, disponibles mais discrets. La proximité d'Avallon, petite ville charmante et animée sans excès est un atout.
