Come and stay in a fully-renovated, comfortable duplex apartment on the 1st floor of a small old building, with a lovely view over the Loire, in a quiet location just a few steps from City center. Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, bedroom with 160x200 bed, spacious bathroom with large shower, separate toilet, duplex bedroom with 2 beds 90x190. Free parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Breakfast baskets available. Ideally located for exploring this historic city on foot. Just 20 min from Nevers, City of Art and History, and Pouilly-sur-Loire and its Vineyard.

Thomas sehr stilvoll
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, authentisch und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Frederic war sehr gut und entgegenkommend. Auch die individuell vereinbarte Check-Out-Zeit ist komfortabel. Er ist sehr auf das Wohl seiner Feriengäste bedacht und das alles funktioniert.
Die Räume sind sehr groß und bieten viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön restauriert, vor allem das großzügige Bad mit begehbarer Dusche ist sehr komfortabel. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem, das hat man so nicht oft in anderen Ferienquartieren.
Die Küche ist komfortabel und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.- Cleanliness

MORA Logement en centre ville très pratique pour les courses. Accueil du propriétaire excellent, à l'écoute de ses locataires et disponible.

Leblanc Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par Frédéric et qui est resté disponible. Le gîte se trouve près du centre ville avec vue sur la loire .Il n'y a rien à redire.
