Les Chaumes en Morvan, an old Morvan house in the south of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, which we have renovated in the most eco-responsible way while offering the comfort we aspire to. It's the ideal place to get away from it all, to reconnect with nature, practice outdoor sports and even telework in a magical setting. Experience speaks for itself! This is a warm and comfortable Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people, where you will find :

Ground floor: a large living room with wood-burning stove, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen (32m2), washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, small appliances, and kitchen utensils; a small shower room with WC and walk-in shower; a sitting room with a view of the Countryside and a tuned piano.
1st floor: one bedroom with a Bed 160 x 200; second bedroom with twin beds (can be made into a double); mezzanine with a double sofa (extra bed), desk with TV corner. Bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.

The Holiday cottage is set in 2000m2 grounds, surrounded by hedges typical of the region. The grounds are not enclosed. The garden offers various locations for relaxation with different panoramas. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs. A path leads past the house to the neighboring fields. The Holiday cottage is pet-friendly, clean and quiet.

Bathroom linen provided, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Options and charges: heating and electricity extra according to meter reading (billed above 8kwh/day).

The house is located on the outskirts of the hamlet of Villars, 8 km from the village of Moulins Engilbert, which we love very much. It offers all amenities and shops: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, press, tobacconist, bakeries, restaurants and even a wine shop!

The Morvan offers a multitude of outdoor activities: Hiking, cycling and horse riding.
Lakes 45 minutes from the house for swimming, water sports, fishing and white water sports.
The region also offers historic sites such as the Bibracte archaeological site (25 min from the house), Autun cathedral, the Thermal baths at Saint-Honoré les Bains...
