On the first floor, a bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and a large mirrored wardrobe with direct access to the terrace, a shower room and separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen open onto the living area and terrace. This living space comprises a dining area and a sitting area with fireplace, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a study. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 90x190, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player. wifi.
Between Nevers, City of Art and History (earthenware, Museums, Ducal Palace) and Châtillon en Bazois (visit the castle and gardens). Close to the Nevers/Magny-Cours racetrack and the Pouilly and Sancerre vineyards, the commune boasts a magnificent swimming pool open in summer, tennis courts, a fishing pond and all amenities. A horse-riding center is just 5 minutes away, and the surrounding woods are a favorite spot for hikers. Close to the Canal du Nivernais (Fishing, cycle route) and 50kms from the Morvan Natural Park and its capital Château-Chinon (Costume and Seventh Presidency Museums), the calm, green region is ideal for resting, but also for getting in touch with nature, discovering the local wildlife (deer, pheasants, squirrels, birds) and getting together with family or friends.

Lizz Voor de tweede keer in dit ruime huis: een aanrader.
Tja, vijf keer vijf sterren lijkt wat makkelijk gegeven, maar voor ons is dit verblijf echt weer top geweest. Twee jaar geleden waren we ook hier en kwamen onze twee kinderen een weekje langs; daarvoor biedt het huis ruim voldoende plek.
In hartje zomer vonden we hier weer de rust van een klein dorpje, met prima winkels (bakkertje, supermarkt) en een 25-meter zwembad op 5 autominuten rijden. Het huis was heel schoon, en bleef zelfs bij 35 graden heerlijk koel. De enorme tuin met mooie grote bomen was heerlijk om in te zitten en het terras met goede zonwering comfortabel om er te eten. Het leukst van het huis vinden we de persoonlijke en kunstzinnige inrichting, die toch niet opdringerig is. En er ontbreekt echt helemaal niks.
Het hele dorp is goed onderhouden, zelfs al zijn niet alle huizen bewoond: het gras wordt overal regelmatig gemaaid, en de bewoners groeten je vriendelijk. Het ligt ver van lawaaiig (vlieg)verkeer zodat je je soms in de jaren '70 waant. Geschikt voor kleine wandelingetjes in de directe omgeving of een grotere tour van dorp naar dorp. We waren in het prachtige Nevers (20 autominuten) en Vezelay (70 autominuten) voor de prachtige kathedralen en middeleeuwse gebouwen, maar beide hebben ook leuke winkeltjes. Het museum voor moderne kunst in Vezelay is een onverwachte aanrader.
De gastvrouw, met wie je makkelijk en snel kunt communiceren (ook in het Engels) is heel vriendelijk. Inchecken was super makkelijk, uitchecken ook: dankjewel Sophie voor alle goede zorgen, en tot ziens!

Rémi Studer Très beau gîte avec un jardin très agréable. Rien à redire sur le confort et la propreté. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos enfants et nos amis. Nous étions huit en tout mais avions largement de la place. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.
Les environs sont tout à fait charmants et offrent de nombreuses ballades entre forêts, pâturages et hameaux.- Cleanliness
