Whether you're a lover of nature, heritage, sport or simply looking for peace and quiet, this Holiday cottage is the ideal place to discover the riches of the Morvan and enjoy a pleasant stay on the shores of Lake des Settons, where you can take part in water sports (paddle, pedal boat, canoe, swimming, sailing, etc.); the GR13 and GR de Pays.

Outside, a walled garden at the front and an enclosed courtyard at the back with a shed let you enjoy the sunny days. A plancha, garden furniture and chiliennes are at your disposal, as well as everything you need to share your meals outside or relax and enjoy the evenings in peace and quiet. Private parking (2 to 3 spaces depending on the vehicle). Inside, a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen, wood-burning stove, Wi- Fi, TV and board games. Two sleeping areas offer comfort and privacy: from the living room, on the ground floor, a bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with large shower and separate toilet. An upstairs bedroom accessible via a steep staircase, with 160x200 bed and private shower room and wc. From the kitchen, upstairs, a third bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 and a view of Lake des Settons, plus an office area. The Holiday cottage is also an ideal base for discovering our region's main tourist sites: Saut du Gouloux and its waterfall, Château-Chinon, Autun and its Gallo-Roman heritage, Bibracte and Mont Beuvray, Vézelay and its UNESCO Basilica, not forgetting the Museums. When night falls, look up and the Morvan is recognized as an International Dark Sky Reserve. Far from sources of light pollution, the clear nights offer exceptional conditions for observing the stars and the Milky Way.
