Whether you're a lover of nature, heritage, sport or simply looking for peace and quiet, this Holiday cottage is the ideal place to discover the riches of the Morvan and enjoy a pleasant stay on the shores of Lake des Settons, where you can take part in water sports (paddle, pedal boat, canoe, swimming, sailing, etc.); the GR13 and GR de Pays.

Outside, a fenced-in front garden and a covered backyard with a shelter allow you to
enjoy the sunny days. You’ll have access to a griddle, garden furniture, and lounge chairs, as well as
everything you need to enjoy meals outdoors or relax and savor the evenings in complete
peace and quiet. Private parking is available (2 to 3 spaces depending on vehicle size).
Inside, a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a wood-burning stove, Wi-
Fi, TV, and board games. Two sleeping areas offer comfort and privacy: off the living room on the ground
floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a separate
toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a steep staircase, is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a private
bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Off the kitchen, upstairs, is a third bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds
with a view of Lake Settons and an office area.
The holiday cottage also offers easy access to the main tourist sites in our region: the Saut du
Gouloux and its waterfall, Château-Chinon, Autun and its Gallo-Roman heritage, Bibracte and Mount
Beuvray, Vézelay and its UNESCO-listed Basilica, not to mention the Museums.
When night falls, look up—the Morvan is recognized as an International Dark Sky Reserve. Far
from sources of light pollution, clear nights offer exceptional conditions for
stargazing and viewing the Milky Way.
