Outside, large south-facing terrace facing the pond with table, chairs, parasol, plancha (bottle of gas provided), enclosed garden with trees 650 m2 with 2 deckchairs, 2 private parking spaces. Two bicycles and a double paddle available free of charge On-site: Les Étangs de Vaux and Baye with their water sports activities, the 16-lock ladder and its valley at Sardy les Epiry, the Collancelle vaults.
