The Holiday cottage is located in the center of the village, 500m from the Lake and opposite a Restaurant. Free public parking lot in front of the Holiday cottage.

Detached house with partially enclosed garden for 10 people. Ground floor: separate living room with 2 sofas (one of which converts into a bed for 2) and an armchair, TV and internet box; kitchen for meals; 1 separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 separate toilet, bathroom with bathtub + shower, washing machine and tumble dryer; 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed; 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and desk and private shower room. On the 2nd floor, a very large bedroom with 4 single beds: 2 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 115x190 + a play area for Kids.

Beds made on arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.

SAINT-AGNAN, which rises to 600 meters, is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Nature Park, the last commune in the Nièvre between the Yonne and Côte-d'Or departments. Situated equidistant from Paris and Lyon, it is best known today for its 142-hectare Lake. Boats with internal combustion engines are not permitted.
In the heart of the village, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for Hiking and swimming at the Lake, 8 km from La Pierre qui Vire (a Benedictine monk community). 40 km from Vézelay: visit the basilica and the City, gourmet restaurant.

Electric heating and electricity extra (charged above 8 kwh / day).
The wood-burning stove cannot be used.
Up to 2 pets allowed at €5/day/pet (not allowed in rooms).
